How to make an all NATURAL all-purpose cleaner

Watch this video to learn how to make an all natural all-purpose cleaner with non-toxic products! i made this my self last week and it works just as good as any name brand cleaner out there and it smells good too!  all these ingredients you can purchase at wal-mart except for the tea tree oil and the Dr.bronners soap, you can actually find that at target as well as any health foods store.now dont think that when u but all these products that you just have to use them to make this cleaner , the same day i made this cleaner i also made laundry detergent and a cleaner to use in my carpet steam cleaner using a lot of the same ingredients , so think as these products as an investment. making your own household products is a great way to save money and help the environment at the same time, because your not releasing  harmful toxins in the air when you clean your house!

Natural Sweet New Years Resolution for everyone

If your Looking for a New Years resolution to get you going in the green direction here's one for every body that's sweet for you and the environment

Recycle
    • This maybe the most important thing you can do for our planet! when you throw away cans, bottles and boxes that can easily be recycled to make other materials do you know where those items go? a LANDFILL! in case your unaware of what a landfill looks like here is a picture to burn in your mind when you throw away that water bottle or pepis can in your trash can.
yeah it's not a pretty site!

    •   Now i know with everything we have going on in our lives, school, work, kids and such that things like recycling can take a back seat, trust me i've been there, but by making a little bit more effort to recycle your helping the planet which in turn helps us.
    • ok if your ready to turn over a new leaf for the new year here is what you'll need: a large plastic container ( mine holds 18 gallons) and thats it! you can print and laminate a recycle sign to tape on it and your good to go! This is also a great way to get your kids involved, let them help you make the sign and decorate the box!
    • so you've got your box and it's full of recyclables now what? in my area we have curb side pick up once a week, the same day they pick  garbage, so all u have to do is put your recycle bin out next to your garbage bin  and your set. if your city doesn't offer curbside pick up then your gonna have to take it to your local recycle center.if your not sure if your area offers curb side pick up call your city utility department or recycle center.
    • now why we're talking about about recycling let's talk about buying recycled or post consumer products, i love buying products made from recycled material. when i buy these products i feel that i'm positively contributing to the way products are made. when you buy something your saying with your money " hey continue to make this product , continue to use these ingredients and materials". if you don't think your purchases matter, think again .companies will continue to make a product as long as people buy it! remember supply and demand! so the next time you think about purchasing that kitchen cleaner filled with toxins and pollutants your contributing to that product being made in the future!
